The heat exchanging unit preheats the network water as it circulates inside the steam tank and then delivers it to the water boiler tank as hot water.

Resistance and the Heating

Both boilers are controlled by the PID modul (Proportional-Integrative-Derivative Controller) by the accuracy of %1. This feature allows the use of the potential energy loaded on the resistance rod by the pulses in order to reach to the desired temperature controlledly in a controlled manner while heating, instead of cutting the resistance’s energy in the last moment as it is in the conventional systems. So that As a result, the PID system of the Steam Espresso provides 8-12 % energy saving between %8-12 and prolongs the resistance life by approximately 3 times. Special thermal insulated double boiler tanks increases the heating efficiency ratio by 15%-18%.

The Internal Components

The whole body of the boiler tanks, the main frame of the machinery and all the surfaces in contact with water and food, are made of the health and safety certified AISI 304 S/S material. The steam wand, hot water tap and all the pipes including the connection parts are made of brass.

The Design

The machine’s design perfectly provides the heat consistency and stabilised pressure for the perfect brew of each cup of coffee. The group head shower is the a special product designed by the Steam Espresso R&D team. The creative design of the machine. The machine’s creative design is ergonomic while also based on its durable usage and easy maintenance. The height levelling drip tray allows for the easy change between the standard and long cups. A customised design for the user and the shop to suit the client’s preferences is available with different color stainless steel or wooden body options.

Safety

The automatic mixing of hot and cold water at the hot water tap allows a fixed water temperature. Volumetric water stream control system. An electronic card controls the tank resistances and the water level safety.
